We facilitate all repairs & maintenance on your properties and provide on-call emergency maintenance services. We provide a full detail for move out inspections and offer quarterly inspection services to give you a snapshot of your property's condition. 

TENANT SERVICES

We provide 24-hour, 7-day a week service to tenants. We strive to achieve a 5- star service rating every single day because we understand happy tenants will be long term tenants, take better care of your property, and be less resistant to rent increases.

MARKETING & LEASING

Our marketing and leasing teams ensure that your properties are rented quickly, to qualified tenants, at market rates. We provide you with an in-depth screening service to make sure only the best tenants are selected. 

ACCOUNTING SERVICES

We provide full accounting services including all accounts payable and receivable, tax preparation and investment reporting. You can expect accurate and timely accounting reports, with 24/7 access to your owner statements and inspection reports via your online owner portal.

LANDLORD/TENANT RELATIONS

We comply with all local code enforcement regulations to ensure your properties are always safe and habitable as well as follow the Landlord/Tenant Laws including disbursement of tenant security deposits, evictions, and court proceedings.
