  • How do I apply for a rental?

    Applications can be submitted online through our website. Anyone 18 years or older must complete an application. We charge a $40 application fee and a copy of a valid government issued photo ID. Your application is good for six months.

  • What are the tenant requirements?

    We require a combined household net income of at least 2.5x the rent and no eviction or judgements within the past 5 years.

  • What if I have poor credit?

    You will not be denied based on your credit score. We take income and any previous evictions into consideration when approving applicants.

  • Do you accept section 8?

    Yes, we do accept Section 8.

  • Do you accept pets?

    Many of our properties are pet-friendly, but policies vary. Pet fees and restrictions may apply.

  • Do you accept co-signers?

    We do not accept co-signers at this time.

  • Who is responsible for utilities?

    Utility responsibilities vary by property and are outlined in your lease agreement.

  • How do I pay my deposit?

    You will be sent access to your tenant portal after you sign your lease. From here you can pay your security deposit and first months rent. We also accept checks and money orders.

  • How do I get the keys to the unit?

    Someone from our team will reach ou to you to schedule your move in. At that time we will conduct a move in inspection and then provide you with access information to your unit.
